Wizardry or spin: what does a coach need?

The Corporate Advantage Programme

On this programme, participants learn how to coach and how to apply their new coaching skills to gain the results they need in all kinds of work (and other) settings.

We take participants through a programme of a 2-day workshop and a series of coaching sessions. There's one telephone or email coaching session before the workshop, and a follow up call afterwards, to ensure that the skills are applied most effectively by each individual back in the workplace. It's up to you if you then want to continue a relationship with one of our coaches.

All your coaching is based on the Solutions Focus model, and everyone learns to coach by a mixture of instruction, being coached and putting it into practice by coaching others - on and off the tennis court.

You end up with managers who are great coaches, ready and able to use their new skills and memorable coaching tools straight away where it counts - in the workplace.

We find and book you the right facilities for the event, including accommodation if needed. It's all part of the service.

Game, set and match

The workshops have a unique set of activities, with tennis-based coaching, facilitated discussions and action-planning.

We put participants into The Zone - or a flow state - that is at the heart of all great performance.

You don't need psychological qualifications to coach others in this method, nor do you need to buy expensive coaching certificates.

The OSKAR coaching language is simple and easy to learn. It's quick, direct and versatile.

By the end of the programme, we guarantee that all managers who go through the course will be much better coaches - as measured by their staff. If not, we'll work with them until they are.
