Paul designs and presents training and development courses for a wide range of corporate clients and public organisations. His company offers consultancy, facilitation, coaching and training.

He has coached and presented at Ashridge, the London Actors Centre, at Bath Spa University College and many international conferences.

As a journalist, senior producer with BBC Radio Light Entertainment and as founder of various comedy teams - including the More Fool Us improvisation squad - he has prompted a lot of laughter, on-stage and off, mostly intentionally.

A graduate of Oxford University, contributor to scholarly publications, he lives in Bath.

Robert is a professionally qualified Tennis Coach with the highest levels of both US and UK qualifications. He has successfully coached at all levels in many private clubs in the South of England.

He now applies a solutions-focused approach at an internationally-known specialist school for children with learning difficulties, where he coaches pupils who have been labelled dyslexic, dyspraxic, ADD and ADHD.

Outside of sport he works as a one-to-one Solutions Coach for a variety of business and personal clients. As a Solutions Coach, he has successfully coached executives, managers and entrepreneurs in several industries.

David has spent many years in marketing and customer services as well as working as a freelance consultant. He has worked for organisations as diverse as Debenhams and Versace, HSBC and Greenpeace.

With a diploma in Business Studies, a degree in Politics and several years experience as a teacher in the UK and abroad, he has more recently trained in Accelerated Learning and The Solutions Focus.

He keeps fit by chasing around after his 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter.
